About Us, Myself and the "Current Times"
My company is based on the belief that our customers' needs are of the utmost importance. Our entire team is committed to meeting those needs. As a result, a high percentage of our business is from repeat customers and referrals, we have been in business a little bit over 25 years serving Bogota and our surrounding Bergen County Communities.
Selling real estate is my sole and only income. I am a homeowner, a parent of five children and a life long resident of Bogota, NJ. My wife, myself and my children are all products of the Bogota Educational System. My respect, reputation and community involvement is my main key factor of continuing business. I love people, admire houses and take passion in selling homes. If your in need of a true spirited Realtor, I would love to do business with you. My success in the past two years accounts for me receiving the NJAR Circle of Excellence Award for 2008 and 2009 and I also qualified for 2007. As we know these "current times" are not too friendly for buyers or sellers, we can only depend upon the banks to allow homes to sell and money to be lend out. With these times, I never give up, I market, I show and I open up homes on Sunday's. All I ask if for your support, kindness and cooperation....
